Refunds and Exchanges

We build our hangboards for lasting relationships. But we will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

All merchandise must be returned to our head office within twenty business days from the date you received your shipment and discovered an error or defect. Once your return is received, we will refund the items onto the original credit card that was used. Please allow for 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Please email us at info@pullclimbing.com with your order number and details and we will send you a shipping label to guarantee your board won’t get lost in the mail.

Please note that fingerboards purchased from a retailer must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the individual retailer.
