Train, Simply: Warm Down

After you've finished a routine, make sure you do a proper warm down.

- 30 seconds shoulder circles with finger clenches, rest 10 seconds
- 15 second forearm flexor stretch (left then right), rest 10 seconds between each
- 15 second forearm extensor stretch (left then right), rest 10 seconds between each
- 15 second shoulder stretch assisted (left then right), rest 10 seconds between each
- 15 second lat stretch (left then right), rest 10 seconds between each
